To give you a pointer: the book started in early 2011, and the latest version has already passed number 50. There are 3 different versions to be maintained as well: the free CC-BY-NC-SA linked here, a payed version for Amazon Kindle (count it as "donation version" to encourage me to continue, as well as to cover server costs), and the print version by Franzis... | |
